Our 4-day Inca Jungle Adventure Tour offers a private circuit, blending ancient Inca trails with thrilling sports like mountain biking, rafting, and zip-lining. Upon reaching Machu Picchu, enjoy a guided tour, followed by free exploration or an optional hike up either “Montaña Vieja” or “Huayna Picchu.”

Day 1: CUSCO - SANTA MARIA (BICYCLE AND CANOE)
Start your adventure at 6:00 am, picked up for an exciting ride along Abra Málaga path (14110 ft/4300 m ASL). Descend the mountain by bike for about 3 hours, soaking in stunning vistas and fruit plantations. Enjoy a delightful local lunch in Santa Maria.
Later, gear up for thrilling 3-hour rafting on Vilcanota River (Note: A 30 USD booking fee applies, not included). Available only from April to December. Spend the evening at a cozy hostel with internet, hot water, and a breathtaking view of Cusco’s high jungle.

Day 2: SANTA MARIA - SANTA THERESA (TREKKING AND THERMAL POOLS)
Rise by 6:00 am for breakfast, kicking off our trek along the authentic Inca Trail. A mesmerizing journey showcasing the trail’s pristine beauty, embraced by waterfalls, rivers, and local fruit plantations. Encounter diverse wildlife, from exotic birds to vibrant orchids, amid the lush ‘jungle eyebrow’ of the Amazon. In the afternoon, unwind at the famed medicinal thermal baths of Cocalmayo before retiring to our cozy Santa Teresa lodging. Cap off the night with a delightful ‘pisco sour’ at a village pub.

Day 3: SANTA THERESA - AGUAS CALIENTES (TREKKING AND ZIPLINE)
On Day 3, delve into Machu Picchu’s history guided by insightful details about its discovery by Hiram Bingham. Before that, get ready for an exhilarating morning zip-lining experience (+ $30 at booking). Afterward, descend to ‘Hidroelectrica’ for lunch and a scenic 3-hour trek through waterfalls, glaciers, and more, arriving at Aguas Calientes for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a dinner meet-up to plan our Machu Picchu adventure tomorrow.

Day 4: AGUAS CALIENTES - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO (ARCHAEOLOGICAL COMPLEX)
At 4:00 am, we ascend Machu Picchu via a hike of approximately 1500 steps. Our guide awaits us at the entrance as we witness the stunning sunrise around 6:00 am. A guided tour inside follows, sharing historical insights for two hours. Afterwards, bid farewell to our guide, allowing time to explore and capture photos within the archaeological complex.
Those with tickets for Huaynapicchu or the Old Mountain (+$60 at booking, not included) can savor breathtaking aerial views. Later, descend to Aguas Calientes for crafts shopping before returning to Ollantaytambo, marking the end of our Inca Jungle Tour.
